If you have been away from structured exercise for awhile, or are looking to incorporate strength training into a new routine, but just don’t know where to start- then this is the program for you. “BE” Strong brings a weight training program to you, via an online ap (FREE). Twice weekly programs are delivered to your personalized dashboard, complete with videos and exercise instructions; 12 strength training sessions in total- 6 weeks worth of workouts! You can start on any day/week that works for you. Sessions are uploaded for Monday/Wednesday each week, but you can change your workout days each week, to what suits your schedule best. Each workout includes a dynamic warm up, strength program and cooldown/stretching. Most sessions from start to finish will take you between 30-40 minutes. Minimal equipment is needed. Each exercise suggests a light, medium or heavy weight; but that is scalable to your starting point. Many exercises include modifications as well. This program is a great option if you are comfortable exercising on your own, just need a little guidance and gentle reminder.
