At Freedom Fitness YQR, relationships are number one! Developing a positive relationship built on respect, trust & open communication will always lead to better results. As the sole owner I am a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer & Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I possess a strong knowledge & experience in fitness & health as well as the education & training to work with individuals who may have underlying health issues or injuries. We all know that exercise is good for us, but finding the right program, to meet our individual needs & wants, can sometimes be a challenge. Developing programming that is safe but challenging and provides flexibility in training options, is what I do best!!

I offer a variety of personal training & corrective exercise services to help start you on the path to improving your strength & function and living a healthier lifestyle.

 

SERVICES

Personal Training

Individualized in person training programs, designed to help you increase strength, decrease pain & improve function. I design, you deliver the results!

 

Remote Coaching

Customized programming delivered to your inbox on a weekly basis., with monthly check-ins to help keep you accountable and achieving your goals

Small Group Classes

Offerings vary throughout the year, but class size generally limited to 2-3 people, to allow for feedback & modifications if required. Programming is tailored to general fitness level of group & common needs among participants. See current offerings under “Services”

Partner training

In person training, where you bring a friend to share your coach, cost & provide some additional motivation & fun! Individual needs/restrictions can be accommodated with such a small group & allows me as a coach to provide sufficient guidance & feedback.

 

Exercise Therapy/Cancer Recovery Therapy

Includes a movement assessment & individualized exercise prescription to help you recover from a previous injury, surgery or manage a current issue or physical limitation you may have. Think of it as building a strong foundation first….
